Case studies

Four decisions that changed course.

Projects are presented without client or product names, under confidentiality agreement. What we do publish is the challenge, the methodology and the decision the study made possible.

  1. Case 01

    Cardiology · multinational company

    Targeting + Brand Tracker

    The challenge

The marketing team could not explain why declared prescription was rising while sell-out stayed flat.

    What the study enabled

Splitting the universe by sector revealed that growth came from institutional physicians with no formulary access to the product. Investment was reallocated to regions with real availability and the access argument moved to Market Access.

  2. Case 02

    Endocrinology · pre-launch product

    Epidemiological models + Patient Journey

    The challenge

The launch forecast rested on a patient figure whose origin no one on the team could document.

    What the study enabled

The funnel was rebuilt from prevalence down to biomarker-eligible patients, and the journey showed the largest leak sat in referral from first contact to specialist. The launch plan added an early-detection workstream.

  3. Case 03

    Oncology · institutional access submission

    Pharmacoeconomics / HEOR

    The challenge

The previous submission had received observations on time horizon and adverse-event costing.

    What the study enabled

The cost-utility model was built with current institutional tariffs and full probabilistic analysis, and a technical response was prepared for each observation. The file was submitted in the structure the evaluator requested.

  4. Case 04

Neurology · mature brand under generic pressure

    Usos & Actitudes

    The challenge

The brand was losing share and the internal hypothesis was price alone.

    What the study enabled

The study showed the main switching driver was not price but perceived batch-to-batch consistency. The response was technical communication and service, not discounting.

Quantitative results for each project belong to the client and are not published. We can share extended methodological detail on a call, under NDA.
