Privacy notice

01Data controller

Scopus Consulting, with offices at Av. Antea 1088, Floor 3, Suite 311, Jurica, 76100, Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

02Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect name, company, work email, phone number and the professional information you choose to share about the research project you are interested in. We do not request sensitive personal data through this site.

03Purposes of processing

Data are used to answer your request, prepare and send a service proposal, and follow up on the commercial relationship. As a secondary purpose, and only with your express authorisation, we may send you methodological publications and institutional communications. You may decline this secondary purpose without affecting the handling of your request.

04Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP. Technology providers involved in processing act as processors and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.

05Access, rectification, erasure and objection rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection at any time, as well as revoke your consent or limit the use and disclosure of your data, by sending a request to hola@scopusconsulting.com.mx. The request must include your name, contact details, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and documents proving your identity. We respond within the statutory timeframes.

06Study participants' data

Processing of data from physicians, patients and other research participants is governed by the study-specific informed consent provided before data collection. Microdata are anonymised and delivered to the client without identifiers that would allow a participant to be re-identified.

07Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not use advertising or third-party profiling cookies. If measurement tools are added in future, this notice will be updated and the corresponding consent requested.

08Changes to this notice

Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page, stating the date of the last update.
